I was super stoked to get this pair of boots because I had beanpole legs that swim in most pairs. This brand is high quality, and it was my Christmas splurge with gift cash. Unfortunately, the fit just did not work out for me. First, the quality is top notch and well worth every penny. The material smells and feels just like it should, soft and quality. The stitching is well done, and the cut is perfect.Unfortunately, the fit is a little weird on this one, and I had an issue with one of the zippers. One of the zippers was stuck, which would have led to an exchange possibly for me, but unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue. The length of the boots is tall, even for someone with long legs. It hit my knee at a funny angle, so you should probably measure before you order to make sure you don’t have that happen. Also, the sides around the ankles bunched up and looked really awkward when looking at the leg straight on. While this design might work better for someone with thicker ankles, I think most girls with legs this thing will have skinny ankles as well.Final verdict with all of that was that these had to go back (sad face). That said, I will be trying with this brand again as they add more flat boots. The quality, workmanship, and fit will make it well worth the substantial investment once I find a pair that meets my needs and has everything in working order.I typically take a size 8.50, however I read a review that stated the boot was tight across the arch so I went with a 9 and couldn't be happier they are fine across the arch and hold my ankle in place. Love them and wear all day at my office job. They look good with a skirt and tights. Wish I would have realized sooner there was such a thing as slim calf boots.I LOVE THESE BOOTS SO MUCH I BOUGHT AN EXTRA PAIR!!!!!! I have super skinny legs due to an accident and muscle atrophy and loss and these fit like a glove. Gorgeous, well-made... Thank you to the seller/manufacturer for getting this out there and realizing not all women have huge calves! I'd buy anything they made. Beyond worth the price.AMAZING!!! These boots fit my skinny legs perfectly. My calf measured at 12 inches or just under. These are the first boots I've owned that didn't need alterations and fit perfectly right out of the box. I am always a size 9 but bought a 9.5 and they fit perfectly.very small calves required but great looking boots!Just got my boots. They fit ok, a bit odd around the ankle and tighter than I was expecting. However the zipper is broken on one of the boots.My toes are more than a bit cramped in these boots, but I've never gotten boots that fit my calves so well, so I'm definitely keeping them.The boots are really beautiful. I felt bad about having to send them back. They were just too narrow across the instep.
